I turned and smiled as I saw TWO.
He looked groggy and struggled to get out of the Machine.



I jumped out of the car, shook my head in disbelief.



I held my arms out in welcome, but TWO veered past me to the barn doors.
He actually looked frightened of me: 'Put your shades on and don't take them off again...' he said through gritted teeth... 'You've no idea how weird that was...'



I mumbled an apology as I pulled on my shades, while he peered through a crack in the door at the valley below: 



What was that all about? I thought to myself.
What's his fucking problem?



TWO turned and leaned against the door:
'You'll find out soon enough'
